Stop That Unnecessary Self-Doubt

So I’m taking a chance and I’m going to start a freelance business. I was so set on not doing anything freelance. However, with a recent situation, I’ve changed my mind.

I will not accept any job offers that isn’t related to graphic design. This was a lesson that I learned a few days ago and I refuse to make that mistake again.

I’ve been worried about doing freelance but I think I need to stop the excuses and take a chance. So here we go!

I’m not sure what exactly I want to do. I’ve been writing out ideas for services and products that I want to provide.

I don’t know if I want to have a variety of various graphics or if I just want to stay focused on just a few things in particular.

There are several things that I can create. However, I don’t want to overwhelm my viewers and potential clients. Finding that happy medium might be a challenge for me.

I also want to start creating things that I’ve never created before. I want to offer t-shirt designs and personalized items. I think offering stickers would be fun as well.

I have ideas but for now I need to consider the bigger things like building a brand and what it will look like. Then we can conquer the other things.

I know that I don’t want to use my name as my business name because people don’t know how to spell my name correctly. So we will avoid this problem and use a different business name.

Thinking of a name that will represent your business is a little stressful. I like creating names for others but when it comes down to finding a name for my projects it isn’t always easy.

Small stupid reasons have been holding me back from starting a freelance business. I give myself every excuse in the book but now it’s time to stop that unnecessary self-doubt.

It’s time to be bold and courageous. I need to be more willing to face the unknown and enjoy whatever comes along with it.

This is going to be challenging but I’m looking forward to it! Now it’s time to start thinking about a name for this business.

I’ll keep you posted!
