Do you have a list of daily goals that you create each morning? I’ve been doing this lately and it has helped me stay focused throughout the day.
I am one of those people who can get distracted by other ideas. Sometimes this is a good thing but sometimes it’s not.
The last three days I’ve been focusing on my portfolio, resume, and cover letter. I’m revamping everything.
Each of these three projects have details to them that I need to accomplish. So these small details are good to write down as daily goals.
You can either type the goals out or you can write them out. I loathe my handwriting so I’m making myself write out the goals. Practice makes perfect, right?
Anyways, as I was saying. The list of goals that I have been writing out allows me to accomplish a lot more than usual. It’s a nice feeling!
Thursday I was able to accomplish all of my goals for my portfolio. I love my new layout! I also love the new tabs that I’ve added.
Creating a list of daily goals can also make you feel accomplished when you put a check mark next to the goal.
Creating a list of daily goals might be something that you can find useful as well. It does help with focusing on your goals.
Go smash some goals!
