Where would your dream place to live be at? Do you ever think about living outside of the state you are living in? Would this place be in the city or out away from people?
My dream place to live has been in the mountain areas. I love seeing mountains. I like mountains because they are beautiful and peaceful.
My husband and I have been entertained the idea of moving. Both of us have never really liked Oklahoma. It’s not the type of place we want to grow old at.
Over the past couple of years we have traveled to see what states we would want to live in. We talked about Nevada on several occasions. We made plans to visit Nevada and see what it was all about. Once we visited Nevada we quickly became in love with the state.
Once I realized that one of the towns allow zebras I wanted to move there so I could own a zebra. But since then I realized that I’m not up for that much of a responsibility. However, we are still making the decision to make Nevada our home.
Looking for land to buy has been an interesting experience. Figuring out how to build a home from the ground up has been an exciting experience to look into. This adventure will be a great opportunity for my husband and I.
We both love the area of Nevada that we have picked out to live in. The area is nice and quiet. There’s a lot of older people who live in the town but it’s not a bad thing at all. Everyone in the town seems super friendly and welcoming.
My husband and I visited land that’s listed for sale. The lot of land that we are interested in is right beside a mountain!
The mountain that I pointed out to my husband on the way to this town was actually the mountain our land is by. This was really exciting to me.
The thumbnail for my post is actually the photo of the mountain. Isn’t it a beautiful view?! I think it is.
The saying from John Muir comes to mind when I think about living next to a mountain. “The mountains are calling and I must go.” The mountains are beautiful. Each has a different texture and color to them.
I’m excited to go on this adventure with my husband. I’m excited to live near a mountain. Nevada seems to be the place where we want to call home. I can’t wait for the big day when we are moving.
The mountains are calling and we must go.
