So far I have tried 5 different types of nail wrap companies. I will talk about my experiences with these companies and how it went.
Let me first of all say that the way this product worked (or the lack thereof) has no affect on how I view the representatives that I bought from. With that being said I’m sharing my honest opinion about my experience with Color Street.
Color Street is expensive. Especially when you have to buy a solid for the overlay wraps. I wasn’t told previously that a couple of the wraps that I ordered were actually overlays. The way the site is layed out online I thought I couldn’t click on the product. So I just clicked the add to cart. That was a huge mistake on my part.
This was $22.00. If I’m spending that much I might as well spend a little more on salon nails. They would last longer for me. With the price being that high I would expect the product to last more than 3 days.
I have three unopened nail wraps that I wanted to send back. The way returns work through Color Street involves paper work and filling out a form. Some of this information I didn’t know. So this became a bit of a struggle trying to return the other wraps.
It’s frustrating to have a product that doesn’t work well. Especially for that price. Unfortunately Color Street is a big no for me.
I found this brand at Walmart after my two failed attempts with Color Street. For $4.98 you can’t go wrong. If these wraps don’t work out then you’re only out $4.98.
I bought two packs at Walmart and they worked great. I went online search for them. Ulta Beauty had some so I bought 3 packs of different prints. Unfortunately just because the packaging is the same doesn’t mean they will fit your nails.
So this is another no go for me.
These nail wraps were way too big. Before I took them apart to use them I realized these wouldn’t work for me. These were a total waste of time and money!
Lily and Fox USA
I’m a deal seeker and Color Street is a little expensive for what you get.
After I placed my first order with Color Street this company’s ad popped up on Facebook. Facebook is great about violating your privacy so they are pretty good with showing you ads of items that you recently bought, talked about, or just added to your cart.
Anyways, back to this product! Lily and Fox USA had a ton of cute nail wraps. From solid colors to crazy super fun patterns. I picked out zebra print, black and white marble, dark green and and hot pink.
The shipping label was created pretty quickly but then sat in pre-transit for a while. I contacted the customer service department and there was no response.
Once I received my wraps they were shipped in a cute layout. Here’s what arrived.
I was sent an extra set of wraps to practice with. This was a great gesture. The letter was a nice touch too.
These wraps didn’t stay on very long. You can see how the ends are messed up. No matter how much I tried to make them look cleaned up, I didn’t have much luck.
I’ll have to pass on these..
Lovely Hello is a company that was started by a graphic designer. She shared with me her story after my order from her. I emailed her expressing my feelings about her great products. I told her that out of all the nail wraps that I’ve tried, hers has been the best ones.
I really like how easy they were to apply. The size worked well with my tiny nails. This was an issue that I experienced with all of the other wraps. I feel like they were a little bit big on my fingernails.
These were super affordable and if I messed up the set was only $3.00 not $13.00. These are great for practice wraps too!
I highly recommend this nail wrap company. If you decide to buy from her let them know that I recommend you to them.
