Thank You Assholes

Sometimes we go through difficult times in our lives because there’s a reason for it.

Sometimes we go through difficult times and there’s absolutely no reason for it.

Recently I discovered that past experiences that I have gone through helped me be there when someone needed a listening ear.

Several days ago I came in contact with someone who is dealing with an asshole. I was able to relate to her and try to help her through this frustrating situation. (You can read more about the situation in my previous blog post)

Back in 2010 I began a children’s rights campaign that would be a platform for me to speak up about my family’s struggle with the family court system. Strong Stepmom Awareness Campaign would be the platform for me to help others during their fight with Parental Alienation.

I also fought legally on a state level in order to help pass a bill that would help others who were struggling to exercise their rights to visit their child(ren) without needing a lawyer to file the enforcement during a custody case.

During this long battle with Parental Alienation I created over 1500 graphics. These graphics were designed by me. These were my words to express the pain that my family was facing. It was my hard work. It was my creativity and money. I said all of that so maybe you can understand my frustration when I see someone who removed my information and claim the graphics as their own.

I can’t control what others do. People who lack respect and honesty are assholes. I had to make peace with people who lack respect and honesty.

Now that I’ve realized this, I can say thank you. Thank you assholes for stealing my some of my designs since 2010 and preparing me for a situation in the future.

Thank you for being little shits when I’ve confronted you about it and you replied with nothing but hate. Thank you for showing me that I do have a moral compass and you do not. Thank you for lacking respect and honesty. Thank you for the opportunity to help someone who needed a listening ear.
