Focus on the Positive Things

When I get stressed out my body gets extremely tired. I don’t know if it’s because of my thyroid issues or what it is. No matter the amount of stress it is my body doesn’t handle it well.  I’m trying to find a way to cope and deal with these stresses so I don’t hurt my body.

Something I heard online recently is when you’re dealing with the stresses of life to focus on the positive things in your life. This can sometimes be difficult to do when you are bombarded with stress. I’m trying to find a way to improve my life. So I’m hoping that when I get stressed out next time I can focus on the positive things in my life.
